We hope you love your Mental Youth purchase. If, for any reason, it is not quite right, you may return or exchange it in accordance with the policy below.

n addition to the statutory rights provided under applicable consumer protection legislation, Mental Youth offers a voluntary 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and meet the conditions set out in this policy.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@mentalyouth.com before sending your item. We will provide you with the necessary return instructions.

Returned products must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with all original labels and tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning products to our facilities. Mental Youth cannot be held responsible for products lost, damaged or delayed during return shipping. We therefore recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your request. If approved, your refund will be issued using the original payment method within a reasonable period of time. Please note that the time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

If you wish to exchange an item, the replacement product will be shipped after the original item has been received and approved.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or defective products. If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
