These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Mental Youth website, including the purchase of products through our online store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our website.

Products

We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs and prices displayed on our website are accurate. However, colours may appear differently depending on your screen or device, and small variations between images and the final product may occur. Such differences do not constitute defects.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or update products, descriptions or prices at any time without prior notice.

Orders

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This confirmation does not mean that your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there has been an error in pricing or product information, if fraudulent activity is suspected, or for any other legitimate reason. If payment has already been made, any amount charged will be refunded using the original payment method.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through our authorised payment providers. Mental Youth does not store your payment card details or have access to your complete payment information. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Shipping

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping service selected, and occasional delays outside our control may occur.

We offer free shipping on orders over €75 delivered to mainland Portugal and Spain. Shipping costs for all other destinations are calculated during checkout.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

Returns

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. Mental Youth offers a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered, in addition to any statutory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content available on this website, including our name, logo, graphics, artwork, product designs, photographs, text and other materials, is the property of Mental Youth or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

We make every effort to ensure that our website and services operate smoothly. However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical issues.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mental Youth shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website, delays in delivery or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any dispute relating to the use of this website or the purchase of our products shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights applicable under the laws of the customer's country of residence.
