We currently ship worldwide.

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs procedures or periods of high demand.

We offer free shipping on orders over €75 delivered to mainland Portugal and Spain. Shipping costs for all other destinations are calculated during checkout before payment.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Mental Youth cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered or collected, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
